It’s Juuuuuuuuuuuune update time!

I know I know, it’s the 12th. Sorry, it’s been a super crazy week with posting and I didn’t want to be overwhelming and double up again like I did on Monday. So, I took my stats on the 11th and you’re getting them today. It happens, I’m a busy girl and I have lots to say.

Before we get into the stats update, I wanted to discuss my awesome yummies… Crossfit Nassau is a dropoff location for Harvest Routes, which basically is a delivery service for fresh local produce. One of my box-mates signed up for biweekly deliveries, but it was still too much for her, so when we were talking about it, I offered to split it with her! Last week was my first delivery, and what’s cool but also difficult about Harvest Routes is that they don’t label the veggies in your delivery box, so it’s basically a surprise every time. Which is awesome, but also confusing because I don’t know much about greens! Soooo what I did when I received my first box was take photos of everything I couldn’t identify and do what every good Millennial would do… posted them in an album to facebook and asked for help! Here’s what I got and what my friends (thanks everyone for helping out!!) determined that they were…

Muscle Mass: 34.9% [No Change from Initial Number (7 days ago)]
Bone Mass: 4.9% [No Change from Initial Number (7 days ago)]
Body Water: 53.7% [No Change from Initial Number (7 days ago)]
Body Fat: 23.6% [No Change from Initial Number (7 days ago)]
Waist: 29″[-2″ (This Month)][-3″ (From Start)]

An interesting month for stats for sure. Weight is down, finally (yay!) and there’s a big change in waist size, but my upper arm size also went up an entire inch?! It’d be crazy if I built that much muscle in a month, but maybe I did!

Those greens look delicious! And congrats on the progress! I just checked my measurements today as well. Although, I don’t know how to find out Muscle Mass/Bone Mass/Body Water/Body Fat… do you have a special scale or something?

They’ve been awesome so far! And the eggs were so fluffy and delicious!

For the Muscle Mass/Bone Mass/Body Water/Body Fat, yeah! I got a scale about a week ago – I did a review on it like 2 or 3 posts back if you’re interested. 😀

I might just have to do that! It would be a much better gauge of progress. Thanks 🙂

Yeah I was really getting frustrated because the scale wasn’t showing anything but I SWORE I saw changes in my body composition. So I finally broke down and got a scale that would let me know. It’s only been a week since I got it, so it’s not enough to really evaluate if there’s any changes occurring, but I’ll definitely be posting about it. <3
