I know, I know, as usual, epic lateness fail. HOWEVER, these numbers ARE ACTUALLY FROM THE ELEVENTH because I remembered that morning, got on the scale, and took pictures of the results. I’m getting there, I promise.

Height: 5’5”
Weight: 144.2 [No Change  (This Month)] [-10.8 (From Start)]
Muscle Mass: 35.7% [+.3 (This Month)] [+.9 (From Start)]
Bone Mass: 4.9% [Static]
Body Water: 54.9% [+.6 (This Month)] [+1.1 (From Start)]
Body Fat: 21.9% [-.9  (This Month)] [-1.7 (From Start)]

UM WHAT?! My body fat and muscle numbers went CRAZY this month. CRAZY. Wow. I’m actually shocked. Sweet deal.

PR Updates

Wheee PRs. Here we go:

Back Squat: 195# (it was ugly but I’ll take it)
Front Squat: 165#
Shoulder Press: 90#

I totally missed deadlift testing which gives me tons of sadness, and I won’t be at open this week to retest it because I’m going to Manhattan to go ice skating(!!). HOWEVER, I’m now in derby off-season so I’m going to try and catch up on some updates (ain’t that always the case) on things like… GOING TO THE WEST COAST, derby allstars, kickboxing, and my other offseason plans.
